Hi, I'm 9-Volt! The old-school grade-schooler! 18-Volt and I have been busy cleaning out all that mess we've made; 5-Volt (my mom!) will be mad if we don't clean that pile up. She says, if I don't help out with the mess, she'll ground me from video games for. A. Year! Oh no!
Seriously, just grounding me? I live on video games, it's literally my passion! I feed my body with video games, especially Nintendo's, to make time pass by. So to make my mom proud and not ground me, I've invited my pal over to help me out with this tedious cleaning chore.
All right. I am done with that mess. That room's now a spick and span, 5-Volt'll be so proud of us! She'll say something like we're li'l angels or somethin'! Now... wait a minute, what's this Mario knock-off...? (To read more about it, click the "Mario knock-off" link to make it appear)
>> Unofficial/Fanmade "WarioWare" merchandise!
>> I've collected some instant messages from other employees but please don't tell them
What now, you ask? I'll be looking at some Mario knock-off: "Fix-It Felix, Jr.", produced by TobiKomi! What?! Felix parallels Mario, while Wreck-It Ralph parallels DK!
Uh, what's this? It's a game about repairing an apartment. You control that repairman, Fix-It Felix, by having him fix apartment windows! While dodging bricks by that Donkey Kong expy! And ducks that come straight out of "Duck Hunt," which, by the way, IS MADE IN '85, years after that game released (1982)! Have you ever heard of those hammer power-ups in the original "Donkey Kong" arcade game?! Well, the lady who gives out invincibility pies is like those, too! And if Felix gets killed by bricks, he does a death cycle, similar to Mario when he gets hit by barrels. Even his "boing" sound sounds like Mario's "boing!"
I've read the game's manual, and it says that this Mario expy got his funky hammer from his dad. Where is his dad? I don't believe that a predecessor to "Fix-It Felix, Jr." existed! And why does Ralph look like a human version of DK? Donkey Kong? He has red hair, as with DK in the original. He has no shoes, as all apes do. Wait! The graphics used for this game are not right! They look more like '89 than '82. TobiKomi must've used a time machine to create those sprites.
I'll sue TobiKomi for copying Mario and Donkey Kong! I will!! Oh wait oh... TobiKomi's been dissolved. Good for them! And their sugar-sweet "Sugar Rush" game copied "Mario Kart 64", too!!! AHHHHH! Disney, the parent company of TobiKomi, was behind this all along!!
Wow! Can't believe I've ranted about Felix so much, time to make a dress-up game featuring him!
The webmaster thinks that Fix-It Felix, Jr. looks awfully cute, ranking behind Dr. Crygor as one of the top-fave comfort characters. She loves this repairman as he is genuinely nice and has a big heart? What? Did you mean a heart that has been inflated?! *looks up definition* Oh. I see! It means "loving and caring". Oops. And webmaster here says that Felix's voice is so cute (VA: Jack McBrayer), and despite wearing blue, he has a feminine personality. Feminine? I thought he's not a girl! I've also heard that Felix has a space marine wife! Cool! I wish I had one, too.
Hey there, 9-Volt here again! Rip-off Mario... sorry I meant Felix... (why do I tend to slip up on names?) has appeared in Disney's 100th anniversary short. And it seems that he actually looks cuter than before! Go look at him before it's too late! Eeee! Too bad he didn't get to speak in the short...
